Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Add dry ingredients after milk, eggs, lemon juice, margarine, lemon rind and eggs are almost boiling. After filling has thickened, remove from heat.
    Add sour cream.
    Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell.
    Cool 2 hours, then top with Cool Whip.
