Blue-Ribbon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz.)
    2 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham
    2 slices Jackstring or Muenster cheese
    2 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    To form a pocket, cut each chicken breast in half horizontally, almost but not all the way through.
    Cut each ham and cheese slice lengthwise in half.
    Place a slice of ham and cheese in each pocket.
    Combine bread crumbs and paprika.
    Brush chicken with melted butter, then coat with crumbs.
