Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 c. flour plus 4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt (scant)
Preparation
    Mix butter, 2 cups flour and powdered sugar.
    Pat into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Beat eggs, sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and salt together; pour over hot crust. Bake 25 minutes (do not overbake; it should just be firm). When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
