Good Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 peeled potatoes
1 qt. milk
3 slices onion
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes in salted water, when soft rub through a strainer. There should be 2 1/2 c.
Scald milk with onion, remove the onion and slowly whisk milk into potatoes. Melt half of the butter and add flour, salt, celery, salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed in seperate pan, then stir into the hot soup. Boil for 1 min. then add remaining butter.
Serves 4-6
