Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. milk
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 (4 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and set aside.
    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in milk until well blended.
    Gently stir in gelatin.
    Add pineapple and mix well. Chill.
    When mixture begins to thicken, fold in whipped topping. Pour into 2 1/2-quart mold.
    Allow to set, then serve 8 to 10 loved ones and friends.
