Carrot Lyonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, pared and julienned
    1 can chicken broth
    3 medium onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots in broth 10 minutes.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter.
    Add onions and saute 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and water.
    Bring to boiling.
    Add carrots and stock.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Serves 8.
