Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. minced green peppers
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1 cup of pecans, making sure the pineapple is drained well.
You will not use the juice.
Roll and shape into a ball, then roll the ball over the remaining 1 cup of pecans to cover the ball.
Refrigerate.
Great on crackers.
