Butterscotch Cheese Cake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and morsels in medium pan over low heat.
    Stir in crumbs and nuts.
    Press half of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Beat in egg, milk and vanilla.
    Pour into crumb mixture.
    Top with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes (325\u00b0 for glass).
    Cool at room temperature and chill.
    Make a day ahead or earlier and freeze.
