Fiesta Stack-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions, chopped
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato puree
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    6 tsp. salt
    2 (23 oz.) cans Ranch Style beans
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. crushed corn chips
    1 (14 oz.) box rice, cooked
    Meat Sauce
    1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 large head lettuce, chopped
    5 to 6 tomatoes, chopped
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
    1 (16 oz.) jar picante
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; drain excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except beans, and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add beans and heat thoroughly.
