Brussels Sprouts And Celery In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. butter
4 c. Brussels sprouts
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
buttered bread crumbs
paprika
Preparation
-
Saute the celery in 3 tablespoons butter.
Cook and drain the Brussels sprouts.
Make a sauce of the milk, flour and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the celery and sprouts.
Place all in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs and paprika.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
