Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well, except chopped pecans.
Form into a ball.
Chill.
Roll in nuts.
Serve with various crackers.
