Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. diet margarine
    3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat sugar-free vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Coat bottom and sides of an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and dust with 1 teaspoon flour.
    Cream sugar and margarine at medium speed in an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Add egg whites; beat 4 minutes at medium speed or until well blended.
    Add vanilla and lemon extracts; beat at low speed until well blended.
