Hot And Tangy Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 skinned and boned chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, divided
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry, white wine or water
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. chicken broth
    4 tsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
    2 Tbsp. oil, divided
    2 carrots, cut into strips
    1 large green pepper, cut into strips
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    hot rice, cooked
Preparation
    Cut chicken into thin strips, coat with mixture of 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, sherry and garlic.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
