Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sweet potatoes (boil in skin, peel and mash)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
small can Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

Mix all and pour into buttered Pyrex deep casserole dish.
