Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Red Delicious apples
    6 oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples, simmer 5 minutes in apple juice.
    Add cinnamon and cornstarch moistened with water, cook until thickened.
    Put in pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
