El Dorado Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. instant onion or 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. chopped or sliced black olives
1/2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
2 to 3 cans chopped green chiles or less
1 pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef, onion and garlic salt.
Add tomato sauce, black olives and taco seasoning.
Mix separately sour cream, cottage cheese, green chiles, tortilla chips and grated cheese.
