South Of The Border Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    3/4 c. 3 minute oats
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 (12 oz.) Mexican-style corn, drained
Preparation
    Blend together first 8 ingredients.
    Press in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Drain fat.
