Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    salsa (1 large jar)
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up in cubes
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cook chicken and onion until tender.
    Mix 1/2 cup of each cheese and sour cream together.
    Heat tortillas, one at a time, just enough to make them flexible.
    Dip heated tortilla in salsa, coating both sides.
    Place 1 tablespoon mixture in each tortilla. Add chicken and onion. Roll up and place seam side down in casserole dish.
    Pour remaining salsa and cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
