Swift Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cooked, boned and diced chicken
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 lb. seedless green grapes
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. toasted almonds
    3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (16 to 18 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill and serve on lettuce beds. Makes 2 quarts of chicken salad.
