Roasted Pepper Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet red, sweet yellow or green peppers
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1 small onion, unpeeled
    1 clove garlic, unpeeled
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place sweet peppers and jalapeno pepper on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until skins look blistered, turning once.
    Add onion and garlic and bake 10 minutes.
    Set onion and garlic aside.
    Place peppers immediately into a heavy-duty, Ziploc plastic bag.
    Seal and let stand 10 minutes to loosen skins.
    Peel peppers and remove and discard seeds.
    Peel onion and garlic; cut onion into quarters.
    Place onion, garlic and peppers into container of an electric blender. Process until smooth.
    Stop once to scrape down sides.
