Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. small marshmallows
    1 c. chopped nuts
    coconut (flaked)
Preparation
    Melt margarine and chocolate.
    Cool slightly. Stir in powdered sugar and beaten egg.
    Cool. Fold in marshmallows and nuts. Stir until coated with chocolate.
    Form into 2 rolls. Roll in coconut. Wrap in wax paper or foil and freeze. Slice to serve.
    Keeps well in freezer for 6 months or more. Very good.
