Creative Chef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    several large leaves of romaine
    1/4 head lettuce, shredded
    1/4 c. red cabbage, shredded
    1/4 c. shaved carrots
    1 oz. Swiss cheese, cut in narrow strips
    1 oz. white-meat (turkey or chicken) strips
    herb salt
    plus choice of additional veggie
    1 egg, quartered (optional)
    1 tomato, quartered
    lo-cal salad dressing
Preparation
    Arrange your selections attractively on the romaine and use 1 to 2 tablespoons dressing.
