Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 graham cracker sq.
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
11 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
cherry pie filling (optional)

Preparation

Crush crackers; mix with softened butter.
Spread on bottom of 8-inch round or square pan.
Cream cheese, sugar, eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla together until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes.
