Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour (scant)
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick melted oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Using
    electric
    mixer,
    mix
    all ingredients in order: sugar, flour,
    eggs,
    oleo,
    vanilla,
    milk and coconut.\tMix well. Stir
    coconut
    in
    by
    hand.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour (approximately) or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    This pie will make its own crust.
