Date Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
2 boxes dates
1 qt. shelled pecans
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Bake over water.
Cover the first hour.
Bake in a tube pan.
