Shrimp Mousse Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, crumbled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 to 1 c. finely minced celery
    1/4 to 3/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 small cans small shrimp, rinsed and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soften
    gelatin in water.
    Bring soup to boiling point, but do not
    boil.
    Melt
    cream cheese and gelatin in hot soup and whip with
    a
    wire
    whip.
    Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and shrimp.
    Pour into Jell-O mold. Chill overnight. Turn out onto a serving plate and serve with your favorite crackers.
