Deviled-Ham Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Muenster cheese, sliced
    4 slices rye bread
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
    1/4 c. sauerkraut, drained *
    butter or margarine
    1 tomato, cut into wedges
    1 small avocado, sliced
Preparation
    *For a sweeter taste, use Bavarian sauerkraut.
