Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped, tart apples (Jonathans are good)
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook
    apples,
    water and 1/2 cup sugar until apples are tender.
    Combine cornstarch, apple juice, orange juice and 1/2 cup sugar
    and\tmix well.
    Add to apples and cook until clear. Bake in uncooked crust
    with lattice topping at 350\u00b0 or 400\u00b0. Can add cinnamon, if desired.
