Rice Salad With Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. chicken broth
2 c. Uncle Ben's rice
1 bell pepper, diced
6 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained, diced and save juice
5 stalks celery, diced
3 green onions, chopped
4 oz. green olives, sliced
1 tsp. curry powder
2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. cooked small shrimp
Preparation

Cook rice and chicken broth.
Let sit for 20 minutes.
Add next five ingredients.
Whip curry powder into artichoke marinade. Add mayonnaise.
Mix all ingredients (except shrimp) together. Make the day before and refrigerate.
