Tofu Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) or 3 (12 oz.) cakes tofu (36 oz.), moisture pressed out and mashed
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium, chopped onion
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    1/2 c. diced water chestnuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for balls. Shape into approximately 2 dozen 2-inch balls.
    Place on oiled baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden and firm. Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese in steak rolls for \"Meatball Sandwiches.\"
