Gourmet Sirloin Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin tips
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cloves (fresh) garlic, minced
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic in hot oil.
    Add meat; brown.
    Once brown, drain in strainer.
    Mix remaining ingredients in Corning Ware dish.
    Add meat.
    Cut butter in chunks and place on top.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Melts in your mouth!!!
