Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

20 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. margarine, melted
Crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook the mixed vegetables; drain. Add celery, onions, cheese and mayonnaise. Put melted margarine in baking dish. Add mixture. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
