Louisiana Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 c. sugar (more if desired)
    2 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor (more if desired)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    raisins, pecans, mixed nuts or M&M's may be added
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients.
    Roll out the dough.
    Shape into round circles and place on an ungreased cooking sheet after spraying cooking sheet with Pam, if desired.
    Cook until cakes get brown around the edges.
