Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chives and onion cream cheese
    1/3 c. Sauterne wine
    1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    uncooked rice (1 c.)
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 package of Italian salad mix with 2 tablespoons butter; melt in skillet.
    Saute chicken in butter on both sides.
    Transfer to 9 x 13 Pyrex dish.
    Pour remaining butter over chicken.\tMix soup, cream cheese and wine.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice cooked in water using the other 1/2 of Italian dry salad dressing mix.
