Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. tortillas
    1/2 lb. Chihuahua cheese
Preparation
    Cut cheese into small slices.
    Add slices of cheese to one tortilla.
    Overlap a second tortilla over the first tortilla to cover cheese completely.
    Cook in a pan for 2 minutes; then turn over and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
    Remove from pan and enjoy it!
