Beef And Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 can beef broth
    garlic powder
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    can beer (12 oz.) or non-alcoholic beer
Preparation
    Roll meat in flour and salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Place remaining ingredients in skillet to get meat browning and pour over meat.
    Cook on low all day.
    Serve over noodles.
