Spinach-Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. bite-size pieces spinach
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
12 oz. mushrooms, sliced (about 4 c.)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Place spinach in large bag.
Fasten and refrigerate.
Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic; toss with mushrooms.
Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.
Add oil to spinach in bag. Fasten bag securely and shake until leaves glisten.
Add mushroom mixture.
Shake until mixed.
