Tuna Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 celery, chopped
    paprika
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) pimento, chopped
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 cream of mushroom soup
    grated American cheese
Preparation
    Cook celery slowly in small amount of water for 10 minutes and drain.
    Dice 1/2 of bread into cubes.
    Put in bottom of 10 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
    Mix tuna, onion, mayonnaise, celery and pimento and green pepper.
    Spread over bread.
    Dice remaining bread, place over tuna mixture.
    Mix eggs and milk, pour over top layer.
    Cover with foil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Spoon soup over top, sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
