Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. white sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nut meats

Preparation

Mix vegetable oil, white sugar, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
Mix 1/3 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top of cake before baking.
