Cheese Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped almonds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 loaf thinly sliced white bread
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry and crumble bacon.
    Grate cheese into medium-sized bowl. Add bacon, onion, almonds, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Trim bread crusts and cut each slice into 4 strips.
    Spread mixture on each strip.
    Freeze for 1 hour.
    Store frozen strips in a plastic bag to use when desired.
    When needed, place frozen strips on cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
