Regal Rump Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Catalina dressing
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cracked black peppercorns
1 tsp. sunflower oil
Preparation

Rinse 3 to 5 pound Regal rump roast.
Sprinkle meat tenderizer over roast, then prick meat with fork tines.
Cover meat completely with marinade.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in same marinade sauce at 225\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
