Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sprinkle over dough.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
