Orange Cranberry Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 turkey breast (4 to 6 lb.), thawed
Preparation
    In a large kettle or covered pan, bring the first 5 ingredients to a boil.
    Reduce heat and add turkey breast.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until turkey is fork-tender. Remove and let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cook liquid down or thicken with flour for sauce.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
