No Cook Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch crumb crust, chilled
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    few drops yellow food coloring
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Combine milk, lemon juice and food color; blend well.
    In small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.
    Gently fold into lemon mixture.
    Pour into pie crust. Top with Cool Whip.
