Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    1 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook grits in water in double boiler, about 20 minutes, until thick.
    Add cheese and butter while hot. Add salt, paprika and slightly beaten eggs.
    Pour into casserole and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
