Pie Pan Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked refrigerated pastry shell
    3 slices bacon
    chunks of Swiss cheese
    1 3/4 c. cottage cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork.
    Bake 3 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Prick again where necessary.
    Bake 5 more minutes. Cool completely.
    Drain spinach well and set aside.
    Cook bacon in large skillet.
    Remove and reserve, leaving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.
