Ingredients

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. margarine
2 lb. cooked carrots
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, margarine, cinnamon and salt in thick skillet; cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until mixture blends and bubbles.
Arrange carrots in skillet.
Cover; cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Uncover; cook about 15 minutes, basting often until carrots are glazed.
