Corn Lite Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. meal
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix and bake in 2 small greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Then increase heat to 450\u00b0 for 10 more minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan.
    Serve sliced.
