Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can skinless, boneless salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well; shape into a loaf.
    Top with parsley flakes, if desired.
    Excellent on Ritz, Town House, etc., crackers.
