Molasses Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses
    2 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat molasses and shortening in a small pan (do not let boil). In another bowl, combine dry ingredients and pour in molasses mixture and stir.
    Add eggs and boiling water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve hot.
